Luxshare Precision is proactively fulfilling its climate commitments by setting emission reduction targets aligned with the SBTi 1.5°C pathway and aims to achieve carbon neutrality no later than 2050. The company is actively building a green manufacturing system and driving a transition toward low-carbon and sustainable development. Each year, Luxshare Precision conducts greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in accordance with the ISO 14064-1 guidelines, followed by third-party verification. This enables the company to accurately quantify its annual GHG emissions and clarify its energy structure, laying a solid foundation for effective carbon management.

2025
- Luxshare Precision collaborates with customers and suppliers to optimize product design and adopt low-carbon materials, reducing product carbon footprints from the source. In 2025, the company launched product decarbonization initiatives to promote the use of low-carbon materials—such as recycled metals, recycled plastics, and reusable polyester resins—and to implement the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) with the aim of lowering the raw-material-related carbon footprint in Scope 3 purchased goods and services.

- By the end of the reporting period, Luxshare Precision Group had been awarded two national-level green supply chain factory designations and a total of 18 national- or provincial/municipal-level green factory certifications. Four new green factories were added during the reporting period.
- Subsidiaries in Hubei, Jiangsu, and other regions obtained carbon footprint verification statements for their products.
- Luxshare Precision has introduced an internal carbon pricing mechanism. By applying shadow pricing based on historical and projected carbon prices, the company estimates carbon emission costs and leverages economic tools to stimulate new momentum for internal low-carbon transformation.

- Luxshare Precision has completed its greenhouse gas (GHG) verification and obtained a GHG verification statement issued by an authoritative certification body.
- The subsidiary Shanghai Riming is actively advancing the development of a zero-carbon factory through multiple emission reduction measures. By retiring Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) certified emission reductions, the company removed approximately 315 tonnes of CO₂e, achieved carbon neutrality, and was recognized as a “2024 Zero-Carbon Model Enterprise of Shanghai.”2021
- Since 2021, Luxshare Precision has conducted annual GHG inventories for Scopes 1, 2, and 3 in accordance with ISO 14064:2018 Part 1: Specification with Guidance at the Organization Level for Quantification and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals, followed by third-party verification.
