Guided by scientific and transparent carbon goals, the Group drives low-carbon product design with technological innovation, and integrates the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction into the whole life cycle of product design, manufacturing, logistics and transportation, product use and recycling, and continues to promote the green transformation of its own operations and product ecology. Xpeng promises to reduce carbon emissions in the whole life cycle of passenger cars by 9% in 2027 compared with 2023, and reduce carbon emission intensity at the company's operation level by 38%; by 2050, achieve carbon neutrality in the whole life cycle of products and carbon neutrality in business operations Clean energy: annual clean energy consumption reached 73,000 MWh, photovoltaic power generation reached 106,000 MWh.

Short-term targets: By 2027, achieve a 9% reduction in lifecycle carbon emissions per passenger vehicle (comprehensive, per vehicle) compared to the baseline year (2023), while reducing the operational carbon intensity (Scope 1 & 2) of its China headquarters and manufacturing bases by 38%.
Long-term targets: Commit to achieving carbon neutrality across the entire product lifecycle and corporate operations (Scope 1 & 2) by 2050.
- XPeng Motors' comprehensive per-vehicle carbon footprint reached 169.7 gCO₂eq/km, an 18% reduction from the baseline year; operational carbon intensity (Scope 1 & 2) was 205.8 tCO₂e per CNY 100 million revenue, a 29.9% decrease from the baseline year.
- With the support of CarbonNewture, XPeng Motors actively pursued continuous emission reductions and regular disclosures in response to climate change, achieving a "B" rating in its first CDP submission — the highest level among Chinese automakers participating in the CDP rating.
- XPeng X9 obtained the first automotive carbon label in Guangdong Province.
