Recently, in order to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the "National Standardization Development Outline", continue to improve the emerging industry standard system, plan future industrial standard research, give full play to the guiding role of standards in the industry, and promote the high-quality development of new industries, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently The Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Energy Administration, and the National Standards Committee issued the "Implementation Plan for New Industry Standardization Pilot Project (2023-2035)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan")
The "Implementation Plan" focuses on the key areas of "8 major emerging industries + 9 major future industries", and proposes to promote the innovation and development of emerging industries and seize the opportunities for future industrial development as the goal, and to improve the efficient and coordinated new industry standardization work system as the starting point , focusing on the eight emerging industries of new generation information technology, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, green environmental protection, civil aviation, shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment, as well as Metaverse, brain-computer interface, quantum information, humanoid robots, Generative artificial intelligence, bio-manufacturing, future display, future network, and new energy storage are nine future industries, and promote the research, formulation, implementation, and internationalization of standards as a whole.
Focusing on new energy and other directions, the "Implementation Plan" proposes to develop new energy generation standards such as photovoltaic power generation, solar thermal power generation, and wind power generation, optimize and improve new energy grid-connected standards, and develop key equipment standards such as photovoltaic storage power generation systems.
