“SNEC 17th (2023) International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition," jointly organized by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association, the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, the Renewable Energy Professional Committee of the China Circular Economy Association, the Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations, the Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center, the Shanghai New Energy Industry Association, and the Solar Photovoltaic Products Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, was held grandly at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 24th to 26th, 2023.
Vice President Shi Yonghong attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition and pointed out in the Global Green Energy Leaders Dialogue that the current international situation is complex. The Chinese photovoltaic industry should actively respond and fully leverage the resilience of enterprises and the advantages of industry chain cooperation to achieve global capacity layout and actively contribute to serving the global photovoltaic market.
Since its first edition in 2007, the "SNEC Photovoltaic Conference and (Shanghai) Exhibition" has grown from 15,000 square meters to an exhibition area of 270,000 square meters in this edition, with 250,000 professional visitors and 3,100 exhibitors. It has become the most influential international, professional, and large-scale event in the global photovoltaic industry, serving as a global platform for exchanges on the future trends of the emerging energy industry worldwide.
